tonight, with the help on my lovely GF (who is much better at fryimg thing than I), I made Piroshki. for those not familiar, they are essentially Russian meat-filled donuts. slightly sweet, fluffy dough stuffed with ground beef, dill, onion, garlic, salt and pepper and deep fried in oil. traditionally served with sour cream, but we used Greek yogurt. Fresh peas from the garden on the side.
sm70- why not Duesenberg?

Costco is king. Costco spinach and cheese ravioli with Costco apple, gouda, and sun dried tomato sausage with some roasted onions, peppers, and tomatoes in a red sauce on top.

Gluten-free fettuccine topped with reduced-fat Alfredo sauce, pieces of boneless/skinless chicken breast, spinach, portobello mushrooms and a dash of pepper. On the side was whole-wheat garlic bread and to drink was milk.
Personally I’d prefer something a little more fattening like pizza and wings but in the words of my wife, “I need you around for a while”

Where to get gluten free fettuccine ?
My wife has taken herself off gluten and is feeling better. Auto immune issues.

Poor guy. Our nearest one is 45 mins away, but they’re building one RIGHT DOWN THE ROAD. We’re going to be so overstocked on food.

I honestly couldn’t tell you which stores sell it. I’m not allowed to come grocery shopping anymore because we always end up with chips and cookies and stuff. I’ll ask her when she’s done showering, the one she gets is pretty good.
That's good she's feeling better without it, her situation is unfortunate.

Update: She buys it at a natural food market only found in Canada called “Goodness Me.” The one she buys is called ‘Miracle Noodles’ and its wheat free, gluten free, soy free, cholesterol free, kosher certified and vegan.

Np pal! Also, if you can’t find any there’s always ‘spinach fettuccine’ that’s pretty good as well. If you can get passed the fact you’re eating green pasta.
EDIT: I looked on the miracle foods website and you can find them in the states at almost any natural food store.
